First off, finally there's a new Mac version compatible with newer Macs! We went through the Apple Notarization process, and it should now work for newer Macs, aka those that ran into the "app is damaged" notification. The instructions for the MacOS 11.0+ version are below:

*Mac 11.0+: Shouldn't need the quarantine process. Should be able to simply open the DMG, drag the contents to any folder and then play. This is rather new for us, so please let us know if it doesn't work!

New: If it still doesn't work, try this, courtesy of sunny on our Discord: right clicked on the app, went to get info, and ticked the box next to "override malware protection -

Delaying, but not selecting any specific release date. 

This was really hard to do, but we ultimately felt a video was the best way to make this announcement. The crunch and stress was reaching astronomical levels, and even had we continued like that, there was very little chance we could've released this by our set date. 

It won't happen again, this time guaranteed - no release date until five or so days before. We have many regrets, but can do nothing but move forward. Still aiming for August-September.
